If a match is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price and any service fees.
If a match is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets generally remain valid for the new date. Refund requests for rescheduled matches are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Orders are non-refundable in cases of customer no-shows, denied stadium entry due to ID/document issues, or change of mind.
